Questions people ask before signing up
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It is not a trial and it does not expire. You get a working booking widget, card payments and email confirmations, with 50 bookings a month. If you never outgrow that, you never pay.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. Your customers pay you directly through your own Stripe account. We charge only the monthly plan, and Stripe charges their own card fee.
What happens if I go over my monthly bookings?
We tell you in good time and ask you to upgrade — we do not switch your booking form off mid-season and leave you stranded.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your dashboard. There is no binding period and no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Will it work on my website?
If you can paste a line of HTML, yes. It works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and hand-built sites. If your platform blocks scripts, we give you a direct booking link instead.
Do I need a developer?
No. Copy the snippet we generate for you and paste it where the booking form should appear.
